Hi, I'm Kae
I have always been drawn to understanding my own, and others thoughts and feelings, and in getting to know people on a deeper level. It was my interest in human nature, and self exploration that led me to study to become an Integrative Psychotherapist and Disordered Eating Recovery specialist. As part of my role as a therapist I have regular continued professional development training. I work with clients from various backgrounds, and ages, and with a wide range of concerns.
Life can be difficult, and just like all of us I have an understanding of some of the obstacles we all face. This place of knowing, along with extensive education and training has influenced me in becoming deeply empathetic and insightful. I offer a confidential space for my clients to be heard, seen, appropriately challenged and supported. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are on their healing journey.
I have experience, and I am skilled in working with clients with circumstances that are unique to their lives, including, but not limited to; Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional abuse, Low self-confidence, Low self-esteem & Relationship difficulties.
I regularly work with clients with Disordered Eating & Body Image concerns.
How I work
